Are your formulations free of harmful additives?
They are. Every ingredient that enters a Lheritier formulation is considered against a single standard before it is permitted to remain — a standard we hold ourselves, rather than one we ask you to take on faith. Should you wish to examine any ingredient further, the Environmental Working Group (EWG) maintains independent toxicity reports we are glad to have you consult.
What, precisely, are parabens?
Parabens are synthetic preservatives, commonly used throughout the personal care industry, with documented carcinogenic properties — including in products intended for infants. They are not used in any Lheritier formulation.
Do you test your products upon animals?
We do not. Our formulations are tested by our own team, before they are ever permitted to reach yours.
Do you ship internationally?
We do, to a select number of countries at present, with our reach extending as we establish the right partnerships abroad to maintain the speed and care we expect of ourselves. For destinations not yet served, we invite your patience — and, should you know of a retailer well suited to carry Lheritier in your city, we are always glad to hear of it. (See note below.)
Our Policy on Returns and Damages
1. All Sales Are Final
Lheritier Limited does not issue refunds under any circumstance. We ask that you consider each purchase with the same care we have taken in its making.
2. Items Damaged in Transit
Should an item arrive damaged — through broken packaging, leakage, or spillage — we ask that you:
- Notify us in writing immediately upon receipt
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage
- File a claim directly with the shipping company in your destination country
Lheritier Limited will, in turn, notify the shipping company in our country of origin to support your claim. Refunds for damage incurred in transit remain the responsibility of the shipping company, not Lheritier Limited.
3. Store Credit
As our formulations are made in small batches and at considerable care, store credit (excluding shipping costs) will be considered only where clear evidence demonstrates the damage occurred through our direct handling, rather than that of the shipping company.
4. Opened Products
Products that have been opened, unsealed, or otherwise tampered with are not eligible for return, replacement, or credit.
5. Used Products
Products that have been used in any capacity are, without exception, non-returnable and non-refundable.
6. Acknowledgement of Terms
By completing a purchase with Lheritier Limited, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full. Any charge-back claim made contrary to these terms will be regarded as a breach of the purchase agreement, with this policy serving as binding evidence of the terms accepted at the point of sale.
