Do your products have harmful additives?

No, not that we know of. We urge you to check our ingredients by visiting EWG’s website -they provide reports on an ingredient’s toxicity. 

What are parabens?

Parabens are carciogenic substances often used as additives and preservatives in personal care products including baby products. 

Do you test your products on animals?

No! animals are just wonderful souls. The only animals we test on are just US, the core Homo Sapien team here at Lheritier Skincare. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, but to select countries for now. We also endeavor to work with partners around the world to hold our inventory in stock to help with the speed of shipping. You could help us get closer to you; recommend our brand to a store in your city that we could partner with and we will send you an amazing basket of our products if they take our products. 

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. Lheritier Limited does not issue refunds under any circumstances.

2. Damaged Items in Transit

  • If an item arrives damaged (e.g., broken packaging, leakage, or spillage), the buyer is required to:

    • Notify us in writing immediately upon receipt of the order.

    • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.

    • File a damage claim directly with the shipping company in the destination country.

  • Lheritier Limited will also notify the shipping company in our country of operation to support the claim.

  • Refunds for shipping-related damages are the responsibility of the shipping company, not Lheritier Limited.

3. Eligibility for Store Credit

Because our products are premium, Lheritier Limited will only consider issuing store credit (excluding shipping costs) if the buyer provides conclusive evidence beyond reasonable doubt that the damage occurred due to our direct handling, and not the shipping company.

4. Opened Products

Products that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with are not eligible for return, replacement, or store credit.

5. Used Products

Products that have been used in any way are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Charge-Back Protection

By completing a purchase with Lheritier Limited, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this No-Refund Policy. Any charge-back claims filed contrary to this policy will be considered a breach of the purchase agreement, and Lheritier Limited will provide this policy as binding proof of the terms accepted at the point of sale.
